Before launching her AI advisory practice, Caroline co-founded and scaled a multimillion-dollar open-source cybersecurity company operating out of Abu Dhabi and Istanbul. The company’s technology was deployed internationally, including by a West African nation, to identify digital threat actors and support efforts against organized trafficking networks.

A two-time cancer survivor, Caroline also mentors women navigating treatment, demonstrating that resilience and ambition can thrive even in difficult circumstances.

Outside of work, she is an avid SCUBA diver and a longtime practitioner of mind–body disciplines, including qigong and other certified alternative wellness modalities.

Caroline has lived in six countries (UAE, Canada, UK, USA, Malaysia, Hong Kong) and has supported clients across five continents.

Earlier in her career, she worked in strategy and technology consulting across three of the global Big Five firms.
