As our Lead AI Developer, he specializes in designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions: from custom machine-learning pipelines and generative AI applications to scalable, production-ready systems that solve real-world business challenges for our clients.

Erik thrives on the toughest problems. Whether it’s architecting a multi-modal AI platform that processes millions of data points in real time or fine-tuning frontier models to deliver precise, domain-specific intelligence, he approaches every project with the same relentless curiosity and precision he brings to everything he does.

Outside the code editor, Erik is an accomplished drummer who has played stages from local jazz & reggae clubs to international festivals; the same sense of rhythm and improvisation that makes his drum solos unforgettable is what helps him orchestrate complex systems under tight deadlines.

A PADI Master Scuba Diver, he’s logged too many dives to count, n some of the world’s most remote reefs, giving him a deep appreciation for exploring uncharted territory, both beneath the ocean’s surface and in the ever-evolving landscape of artificial intelligence.

When he’s not diving deep into neural networks (or actual oceans), Erik is the person clients call when they need someone who doesn’t just build technology, but truly understands how to make it transform their business.
